In regard to the above Application for Membership I/we apply to register a Stud Prefix and Tattoo Brand.
The following indicates the order of choice for Stud Prefixes and Tattoo Brands.

A Stud Prefix is often chosen from the name of the breeders property. It is placed before the name of each calf registered by the breeder.
The Stud Prefix must not exceed 15 letter spaces.

A Tattoo Brand is unique to each breeder and consists of THREE letters (often it is the breeders initials).
